How to view conversions in the dashboard
The Conversion page in your ClickPatrol dashboard shows the conversions ClickPatrol matched to recorded clicks: how many there were, how safe they look and which click they belong to. This article covers reading that page. Sending conversions to ClickPatrol in the first place is covered in Conversion tracking.
Where to find it#
Click Conversion in the sidebar of your ClickPatrol dashboard.
The two cards at the top#
- Safe conversion: the percentage of your conversions that came from traffic classified as safe, for example 82.01%.
- Total conversion: the total number of conversions ClickPatrol matched, for example 678.
The Conversions table#
Below the cards sits the Conversions table. Use the AI Score dropdown above it to filter (it starts on All), and the Download CSV button to export the list. The columns:
- TIME STAMP: when the conversion happened, for example 2026-08-06 13:59:11. Click the arrows in the header to sort.
- AI SCORE: how the matched click was classified, for example Safe.
- IP ADDRESS: the IP address of the visitor who converted.
- GCLID: the Google Click ID of the matched click. A - means no click ID matched; the conversion was matched through the fallback (IP address, fingerprint or HTTP header) instead.
- SUSPICIOUS: a toggle per conversion.
If the table looks empty or outdated#
- Check that your conversion tag fires on real conversions: see Conversion tracking for the setup and for the data ClickPatrol needs to match a conversion.
- Conversions only appear here when ClickPatrol can verify and match them to a recorded click. Unmatched conversions are not shown and are never added manually.
- New data can take up to 30 minutes to appear, though it is often faster.
