How to read Click Insights

Click Insights is the table on your Dashboard that shows, as the subtitle says, "detailed insights on each individual click on your campaigns". Where the charts give you the trend, this table lets you inspect every single click: where it came from, how it was scored and whether it was blocked.

Where to find it#

Open Dashboard in the sidebar of your ClickPatrol dashboard and scroll down past the traffic chart.

The KPI cards above the chart#

Before you reach the table, the top of the Dashboard shows four cards that summarize your protection:

• Fake Traffic: the share of your traffic classified as fake.
• Bots: the share of your traffic coming from bots.
• Blocked Clicks: the total number of clicks ClickPatrol blocked.
• Estimated Protected Spend: an estimate of the ad budget protected, shown in your account currency.

The columns#

Each row in Click Insights is one click. The table scrolls horizontally; these are the columns from left to right:

• DATE: timestamp of the click, for example 2026-08-26 15:29:50.
• GEO: country flag plus the region or city the click came from.
• SOURCE: the ad platform that sent the click, shown as the platform logo.
• AI SCORE: ClickPatrol's classification of the click. Values include Safe, Suspicious, Fraud and Fake.
• INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER: the network the click came from, for example T-Mobile or Vodafone.
• BROWSER: the browser used, for example Chrome or Safari.
• IP: the IP address behind the click.
• BLOCKED: whether this click's IP is currently blocked.
• ACTIONS: per-row actions.

The toolbar#

Above the table, on the right, sit three buttons:

• A filter button to narrow the table down.
• A + button.
• A download button to export the table.

Good to know#

• Use the ISP, GEO and IP columns together to recognize patterns: repeated clicks from one ISP, one region or one IP range are a classic sign of click fraud.
• New clicks can take up to 30 minutes to appear, though it is often faster.
