Your Billing & Invoice Details
To ensure your invoices meet your company's accounting requirements, you can update your billing details, such as company name, address, and VAT number, directly from your dashboard.
How to update your information#
- Go to Account Details Log in to your dashboard. Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Account Details from the dropdown menu.
- Select Billing Information (if you don't see Billing information, you are probably in an invited account. You can only change the billing information as main owner)
- Click on the Billing Information tab (Note: Do not click on Invoices, that tab is only for downloading past receipts).
- Update Your Details Here you can edit:
- Company Name
- Billing Address
- VAT / Tax ID Number
- Billing Email Address (where invoices are sent)
When will the changes appear?#
Any changes made here will be automatically applied to future invoices.
- Past invoices: Historical invoices cannot be edited automatically. If you strictly need a correction on a past invoice, please contact our support team.
- Next billing cycle: Your new details will be visible starting with your next scheduled payment.
