How to Invite Users to Your Account
To invite users to your ClickPatrol account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your ClickPatrol account
- Select the account you'd like to invite a new user to
- Click on "Invitations" from the menu bar

Enter their email and suitable role:
- Choose either the "Admin" role
- Or select "being able to see dashboard reports only" for limited access
- Click "Send Invite"
Account creation: All invited users will need to create a ClickPatrol account by clicking only the link in the email and registering via that link. They cannot register through the regular ClickPatrol signup page.
This account isn't fully functional; it is limited to the permissions you've granted them.
Understanding invited user access#
When you invite someone to your ClickPatrol dashboard, here's what they can and cannot do:
What invited users can access:
The specific account(s) you've granted them access to
Dashboard data and reports based on their assigned role (Admin or Data Viewer)
What Invited Users Cannot Access:
They cannot add new accounts
They cannot access billing information
