How to Cancel / Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. If you've decided to stop using ClickPatrol, you can easily close your account directly from the dashboard.
Steps to delete your account#
- Log in to your ClickPatrol dashboard.
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select Account Details from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the bottom and click the Delete Account button.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
⚠️ Warning: Data is permanent removed Once you confirm deletion, all your historical data, reports, and settings will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
What happens to my Google Ads?#
Your ads will continue to work. Even after you delete your account, our system will continue to forward traffic to your website, so your live ads will not break.
However, please note:
- Protection stops immediately: We will no longer filter bots or block fraud.
- Clean up recommended: While not strictly necessary to keep your ads running, we recommend removing the ClickPatrol URL from your Google Ads Tracking Template eventually. This keeps your Google Ads account setup clean.
